Payments by Post
For payment by cheques drawn on British banks please make the cheque payable to GiftChest Ltd and allow a minimum of 5 working days for funds to clear. Please send your order to:

You will always be advised of the postage and packaging costs prior to the start of the payment process.

All items are dispatched in highly-padded packaging to provide the greatest possible protection.
Much of our packaging is re-used, including all bubble wrap that is used. The majority of packaging that we buy is biodegradable.
We do not believe that packaging should be used once and then thrown away. Please reuse or recycle whatever you can or pass it on to somebody who could make use of it.
Multiple purchases may be sent in separate parcels.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item then please notify us immediately of the problem via an email to sales@cardchest.co.uk. We can then organise a replacement or a refund to be sent to you.

The great thing about shopping at www.cardchest.co.uk is that most products are available from our warehouse for delivery within 5-7 working days.
If an item is out of stock, you will be advised when you place your order, or soon after.

Order with confidence! We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Cardchest. If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund
Policy
1.1. If You discover the Goods are faulty, You must notify Us of the defect within 7 days of the date of delivery or within a reasonable period of time of discovery (if the defect was not readily apparent).
1.2. We may inspect the Goods, by asking you to return the Goods to Us
1.3. If We agree with You that the Goods are faulty, and that the fault was not caused by Your neglect or misuse of the Goods, We will, at Your choice, replace or refund the faulty Goods at no cost to You. We will refund any reasonable costs You prove that You have incurred in returning the faulty Goods to Us. We recommend that You retain postal receipts for this purpose.
Incorrect Goods
2.4. If We send You incorrect Goods, You must notify Us as soon as You discover the mistake and within a reasonable period of time.
2.5. We will either:
2.5.1. arrange for Our carrier or Cardchest Agent to collect the Goods from You; or
2.5.2. ask You to return the Goods to Us by post; or
2.6. We will either, at Your choice:
2.6.1. Send You the correct items as soon as possible after receipt of the returned Goods.
